Bulk Purchase Instructions

If you would like to sell our Caps, Visors, Flip Flops or Jewelry in your store, then you may contact us or download the Order Form below and use Paypal to submit payment or Mail us a check or money order.



    If you have Microsoft Excel then download the MS Excel Version Order Form here.

  1. Save the form on your computer.
  2. You may make your selections by editing the form.
  3. Mark how many of each color of each Item you wish to order.
  4. The Total Price will be Calculated for you.
  5. Print the Page and Mail or Fax it back to us along with payment.

  • If you would like to make your purchase with a credit card
    via Paypal Click the Submit Payment Button below.

  • First download the Order Form and calculate your Total Cost
    then enter that amount in the PayPal field marked, Amount.

  • Be sure to Enter your Name or Company Name
    in the field marked, Payment For


  • Be sure to enter your Paypal Conformation # on your Order Form
    before Mailing or Faxing it to Hats Etc.

  • Also, Enter the name of the Hats Etc. Representative that contacted you at the top of the form.
  • Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
